Toji/Maki's Heavenly Restriction grants them Strength beyond a normal human in exchange to having non or small amount of Curse Power. This Heavenly Restriction's power is based on how many Curse Power you have. There is 5 cap of Curse Power being 80, 60, 40, 20, 0. 80 having the weakest strength and 0 having the perfect Heavenly Restriction.

Physically Gifted - Player has far greater strength and speed than most Cursed Techniques. It also has limited Curse Power and the lower your Curse Power is, the greater your strength and speed is.
Perfect Physical Body - Player has peak strength and speed and grants them Night Vision but in exchange, they have no Curse Power at all. They can be also be immune to various Domain Expansion's sure-hits however, Open Barrier Domains will still be able to hit them.
