Higuruma's Cursed Technique is Deadly Sentencing. This allows the user to deliver verdict on those who are within his Domain.

Deadly Sentencing :
「Forfeiture」- is one of the two outcomes after using Judgement. It puts the Enemy's Cursed Technique in a 5 minute cooldown and inflicts them with Weakness III. Additionally, if the Enemy has a Cursed Tool that has a Cursed Technique imbued to it (i.e Supreme Martial Solution) it takes the weapon instead of putting the Enemy's Cursed Technique under a 5 minute cooldown.
「Death Penalty」- is one of the two outcomes after using Judgement. It includes all the effects given by Forfeiture and transforms your Gavel into the Executioner Sword.
「Executioner's Sword」- replaces your Gavel once Death Penalty is given to an Enemy. It instantly kills once the Enemy is hit. Additionally, it won't work on others that is not sentenced with Death Penalty and it will not work if the Enemy manages to block your hit or if your Domain Amplification is activated. You can also pass this to other Players. Executioner's Sword ONLY works on the Enemy that has been sentenced with Death Penalty.
「Gavel」- is a weapon that has 3 forms. First form, the normal one, has a longer range than most weapons. Second form, the long one, has a wider range than most weapons. Third form, the large one, attacks Enemies with strong hits and unlocks the move Overhead Attack.
Unique Passive :
「Jujutsu Prodigy」- Player achieves Domain Expansion, Domain Amplification and Reverse Cursed Technique far faster than any cursed technique.
